Crossing the Sea from Shirako Beach and Returning Safely to Okazaki

After overcoming the difficult Iga crossing, Lord Ieyasu and his entourge reached Shirako. From there, they crossed the Ise Sea by boat, eventually arriving in Mikawa. Ieyasu returns to Okazaki and atemped to attack Mitsuhide. However, this plan was thwarted when word came from Hashiba Hideyoshi that Mitsuhide had already been defeated. With this, Lord Ieyasu turned his focus toward stabilizing and expanding his own territory.
